James Harley & Associates continues to consult to the education sector in its work with RMIT University's Centre for Construction Work Health and Safety Research.  Through this work, JH&A has provided an enhanced stakeholder management role, facilitating discussions between RMIT and the construction industry, and in the course, developing and strengthening business relationships in order to create new opportunities for research. 

JH&A has also reconnected with Architects Without Frontiers to continue its project management roles in the Fijian project, Cakaudrove Women’s’ Resource Centre.

Manager - Special projects - Centre for Construction Work Health and Safety Research - RMIT University 

Working in the Centre for Construction Work Health and Safety Research at RMIT University, this work continues to have a strong focus on strategic program management to the current suite of projects to ensure the Centre achieves its outputs, whilst developing strategic alliances with industry and government. The range of projects constantly changes from commercial research, Australia Research Council grants, industry partnerships, and projects with state governments.

Project Manager (Advisor) - Architects Without Frontiers

Advising on project management and governance issues for the Cakaudrove Women’s Resource Centre (CWRC) in Savusavu. The CWRC project comprises the design and construction of built structures and associated landscaping and civil infrastructure to a site in the town of Savusavu, on the island of Vanua Levu, Fiji.
